Every Day Paradise

As a real estate agent, this homeowner could spot a home with great potential, knowing its challenges could be overcome with the right design and a thoughtful remodel. Their first priority was a kitchen remodel, as they wanted a welcoming space where many friends of their children could gather.

Although the space was long and narrow, they had a lot of appliances in mind, along with enough seating for large groups. A long island proved to be a great solution to their needs. Two ovens and a microwave were placed in the island, hidden below eye level; two dishwashers were also needed, disguised with matching panels to limit the amount of stainless that was visible. The combination of navy and white colors proved to be sophisticated, fun and timeless.

With great views of a new pool in the backyard, the redesigned kitchen works perfectly for them, making every day feel like a vacation!

Completed by Artisan Kitchens Inc. in Osterville, MA, this beautiful project was a 2019 Showplace Cabinetry National Award Winner – First Place Transitional Kitchen Design.
