Modern Kitchen

The homeowners completely gutted and remodeled the interior after a broken pipe flooded the entire home causing a variety of issues. When it came time to put it all back together they decided to go with a very modern aesthetic throughout, in lieu of the more traditional style the home was originally. Multiple areas of this Florida home were remodeled, including the kitchen, two separate his and hers walk-in closets, a pantry area, a vanity, and a wet bar.

The home was completely designed remotely. The home is located in Naples, FL and the dealership is based in Buffalo, NY. The designer relied solely on the owner’s architectural plans for measurements and a couple inspiration photos they had provided.

Appliance panels for the refrigerator and freezer drawer units in the island were used to keep clean lines throughout. A mix of finishes with a combination of High-Gloss White and the Oyster Bay foil was used to warm up the space but maintain the clean minimalist vibe they wanted.
