These rights differ based on the local laws that apply to you, but could include one or more of the following:

Opt-Out Requests
Certain U.S. state privacy laws require businesses to provide a clear and easy way for users to stop the sale or sharing of their personal information and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. You may exercise these rights by clicking the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information / Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” link available at the bottom of the Website, which will direct you to a page where you can submit your request.
We will not require you to create an account or provide more information than is reasonably necessary to process your request. Once your request is submitted, we will apply your preferences in accordance with applicable law.
Universal Opt-Out Preference Signals
Certain U.S. state privacy laws require businesses to recognize browser-based or device-based signals that communicate a consumer’s choice to opt out of certain personal data processing activities. These signals are sometimes referred to as “universal opt-out preference signals” and may include technologies such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC).
To the extent required by applicable law, we recognize and process valid universal opt-out preference signals as requests to opt out of certain personal data processing activities.
Where we can reasonably verify and associate a universal opt-out preference signal with a specific consumer or account using commercially reasonable methods, we will apply the opt-out request to that consumer or account to the extent required by applicable law. We are not obligated to associate a browser- or device-based signal with a consumer, household, or account where we cannot reasonably do so or where applicable law does not require such association.
Because privacy standards and technical specifications for universal opt-out preference signals continue to evolve, we may update our processing practices to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory guidance, or industry standards.
This Privacy Policy May Change
Showplace reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time and without prior notice, by posting the revised version of the Policy on the Website. The date the Policy was last revised is identified at the top of this page.
