Welcoming Cottage Entertaining

This inviting kitchen was designed for a client whose warmth and kindness shaped every detail of the space. She envisioned a cozy, lived-in cottage feel and spent time debating between green or blue cabinetry, ultimately choosing a beautiful green paired with Accessible Beige and stunning natural walnut accents.

Because she loves to entertain, the design prioritizes extra seating and effortless interaction, ensuring guests can gather comfortably. A thoughtful reconfiguration of the original floor plan transformed what was once a laundry-room entry into a welcoming side-door entrance that now opens directly into the heart of the home—the kitchen.

The finished space blends charm, comfort, and functionality, capturing her personality perfectly.

The island’s look was achieved by ordering the walnut doors and drawer fronts separately and installing them on the jobsite.
