Rosemary Retreat
Inspired by the home’s serene, tree-lined river views, this kitchen blends rich green cabinetry, warm white oak, and golden accents to create a space that feels both grounded and refined. The transformation replaced a dark, Tuscan-style kitchen with an open, inviting design that connects seamlessly to the surrounding living spaces.
A former wall of pillars was replaced with a structural beam, opening the room and making way for a large rectangular island with counter-height seating. The redesigned layout improves workflow while creating a natural gathering point centered on the kitchen’s striking range and tapered hood.
The new pantry is equally impressive, combining beautiful materials with highly organized storage. Natural oak cabinetry, hand-etched marble, veined countertops, appliance storage, spice pull-outs, generous drawers, and a dedicated coffee area make this often-overlooked space both practical and beautiful.
Pendleton inset cabinetry in Rosemary green pairs with Quartersawn White Oak in Natural to capture the warmth and character of the surrounding landscape. Golden hardware, warm accent lighting, and carefully aligned architectural elements complete a design that feels luxurious without losing its rustic charm.
The result is a kitchen and pantry designed to work beautifully for everyday life while providing an inviting backdrop for gathering and entertaining.
