Let Us Entertain You

A couple was updating their kitchen and had an adjoining room that they wanted to give a different purpose, changing it from a desk area to a lounge for having friends over for drinks. The space was next to the kitchen and they wanted it to be open, sleek, and inviting. She wanted a contemporary look, but he did not want it to feel too stark. They chose Showplace because it offered a balance that they were both happy with.

The design team used a combination of wall cabinets with glass, and floating shelves for the wall area. The lounge feels open and bright. Everything has a place and it looks beautiful!

Having adult children and lots of friends, this couple will be using the space often.
