Natural and Sleek

The homeowners had recently moved into this home and it just didn’t fit their style. They are a young couple who love the clean lined contemporary look. They also wanted to have an open floorplan. The ceiling heights varied between the two rooms that they wanted to open up, so the design team had to figure out how to make it look intentional and not choppy.

The team stopped the cabinets in line with the ceiling change, and the did not include crown molding to avoid dealing with varying ceiling heights.

The homeowners love the way the design transformed the feel of the house, making it their own. They also love the mix of materials, especially the natural touches with the bamboo cabinets and concrete lighting accents. The entire kitchen is sleek and modern – just the way they wanted.
