Verdant + Vivid

In this remodel, the design team focused on reorienting the kitchen to maximize views of the saltwater inlet while improving functionality. Walls were removed to create an open space that allows natural light from both the front and back of the house. Backsplash windows provide sightlines through the home, while bold design choices like a 45″ sink and toekick lighting add flair. The challenge was balancing warm woods with a contemporary vibe, ensuring the oak trim and floors complemented the homeowners’ desire for bold colors and modern features. The result is a unique, inviting space.
