Nestled in the historic North End near the Virginia Beach Oceanfront, this home underwent multiple renovations simultaneously. Alongside the kitchen transformation, upgrades included a laundry and mudroom, powder bath, new doors, windows, and even a new roofline. The original kitchen layout featured a row of pantries, later relocated to the dining room after opening up the wall. The cabinetry, painted in Simpli Gray with the Pendleton Inset door, pairs elegantly with Astral Dream Quartzite countertops. Hidden appliances and subtle touches like chamfered edges on pantries and hoods cater to the client’s desire for a clean, timeless look.
