The ultimate home makeover! This house’s new owners desired a more functional and open layout for their family. The existing formal setup was transformed, removing walls and doorways to create a seamless flow. The kitchen received a complete overhaul, relocating it to the previous dining area and incorporating Showplace cabinets in maple wood with an Espresso stain, making the space feel more expansive.

A spacious island with seating and a stylish window seat now grace the kitchen, providing extra storage and a cozy nook. A wrap-around wet bar was cleverly added to the dining area, offering more storage and serving space. Wood floors were introduced and refinished throughout the first floor, complemented by fun tile flooring by the bar, allowing easy access to the backyard entertaining area and pool. The homeowners are thrilled with the open concept, perfect for their frequent entertaining. They can now experience the joy of a transformed space that works seamlessly for modern family living!
